Returns Policy
At Online Painted Parts, we take great care to ensure that we colour match your product to the correct specifications by using your vehicle registration information to identify your colour code.
As our items are custom-made to your vehicle, we cannot accept returns or refunds that are no longer required or for example the wrong side has been ordered.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers usually have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. However, this does not apply to goods that are custom-made or personalised to the buyer's specifications.
If however you have received a faulty, incorrect or damaged product, please contact us via the Contact Us page where we will endeavour to resolve any problems and offer a replacement or refund that does fall within the consumer rights act.
